Huacachina est une oasis de 200 habitants où nous passons une journée. On a beau être au milieu de rien, les locaux ont pourtant crée de nombreuse attractions dont le surf de dune et le Buggie ( voiture tout terrain pour franchir les dunes ).
Après nos 12h de bus de nuit ( et 4h de sommeil ) ont préfère se prélasser sur le sable en attendant que la journée passe. On est en pleine fête nationale du Perou et les nuits sont assez agitées ! Par chance notre chambre est collée à la discothèque du coin : allez hop, une deuxième nuit avec 2h de sommeil :)
On se précipite vers la station de bus du coin dès 8h du matin, quand même contents d'avoir vu cette curiosité. La prochaine et dernière étape c'est Lima où nous attend une vraie nuit de sommeil !

Huacachina is an oasis where 200 locals live. It is in the middle of nothing ( even if the nearest city is only a few miles from here ) but there are still many things to do around. Sand surfing and buggy ( a big monstertruck to get over the sand dunes) are the hightlights of this small village!
The last night has been exausting as we spent 12h in a night bus (with only 4 hours of sleep) so we preferred lounging on the sand. It's a public holiday right now in Peru and the nights are pretty agitated! We get kind of unlucky with our room which is literraly glued to local nightclub : so we end with another 2 hours of sleep.
We get to the bus station at 8am, happy to have seen this curiosity and also happy to leave. The next and last step is Lima where we do expect a good rest :)
